Terms of Use

1. What Stadium Edge Is

Stadium Edge provides sports analytics, statistics, odds information, and AI-generated hypothetical analysis (such as sample parlays and player prop breakdowns) for informational and entertainment purposes only. Any "picks," "edges," or "parlays" shown are hypothetical analysis, not instructions or recommendations to place a wager.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Services. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Services, and of any third-party sports betting service, is legal where you are located.

3. No Guarantees; Not Advice

• Odds, statistics, projections, and AI outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Past performance does not predict future results. No outcome, result, or winnings are guaranteed.
• Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice. Any decisions you make are your own, and you are solely responsible for them and any resulting losses.
• AI-generated content can contain errors. Please verify important information independently.

4. Responsible Use

If you choose to wager with a licensed third-party operator, please do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you or someone you know problems, help is available. In the U.S., call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us right away at support@stadiumedge.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Services' data or content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
• Use automated tools to access the Services in a way that burdens or interferes with them.
• Share your account or subscription access in violation of these Terms or Apple's rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the Stadium Edge name, logo, design, software, and content, are owned by Stadium Edge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Team names, logos, and sports data belong to their respective owners, and Stadium Edge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team, or sportsbook.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may display data from or link to third parties, such as odds and statistics providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or sportsbooks.

10. Apple Terms

If you use the iOS app, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Stadium Edge, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the iOS app.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadium Edge and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Services, including losses related to any wagers you place with third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
