We do not collect your precise location unless the app clearly asks for your permission first.

- Provide, maintain, and personalize the Services, including sports analytics and AI-generated insights.
- Verify subscriptions and provide access to paid features.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Understand usage so we can improve features and design.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Your payment card and billing details are handled by Apple and are not received or stored by Stadium Edge. We receive limited subscription information (such as whether a subscription is active) so we can unlock paid features. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Services (for example hosting, analytics, subscription management, and AI processing providers), who may only use it to provide services to us.
- To comply with the law, respond to legal requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Services.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Stadium Edge is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Stadium Edge provides sports statistics, AI insights, and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. No results or winnings are guaranteed. Stadium Edge is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers.
